M.J.Saltmarsh is actively sourcing and acquiring new land and property for development. We undertake detailed research in key locations to identify specific sites with excellent development potential.
As a private company M.J.Saltmarsh Building is in a position to make investment decisions quickly and with autonomy. Our schemes are privately financed allowing us to invest in multiple projects on small or large land purchases.
On selected projects we have undertaken joint ventures with a number of organisations, private individuals and landowners.
Our Approach
We take a pro-active approach in contacting land owners either directly or through local agents. Our flexible approach enables us to acquire land outright or under option or conditional contract to the land owner's timescale.
The acquisition of land on a subject to planning basis enables us to maximise the purchase price to be offered to the landowner.
